RefectoCil Care Balm
Over night vitamins and plant oils strengthen the hair making it healthly, shiny & less brittle. Additionally, castor oil supports natural lash and brow growth. Great to maintain healthy lashes as well as help correct overprocessed or brittle lashes.
Usage
Gently cleanse lashes or brows before use. Simply apply 3-4 times a week before going to bed with our easy-to-use applicator and leave the Care Balm on as an overnight treatment.
TIP: Do not apply the Care Balm within 24 hours aftering tinting or it may affect the tinting result.
